ImageFree AI operates ImageFree.net as an individual-run service. This policy covers information handled in operating our website, image tools, accounts and paid services. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

Depending on the features you use, we process:

• Prompts, uploaded pictures, generated images, task identifiers and task status.
• Account email, account identifier, profile details and login sessions. Email-and-password accounts use a password hash. Google sign-in supplies the profile information authorized through Google.
• Payment references, amounts, payment status, subscriptions, credit grants and credit-use records. Waffo handles payment credentials; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
• IP addresses, browser information, request times, errors and anti-abuse identifiers.
• Page visits and interactions collected by enabled analytics or advertising services.
• Support emails, reports, appeals and information you provide in those communications.

Using free tools without an account does not mean that requests contain no technical information.

Information is processed to generate and edit images, deliver results, maintain accounts, administer purchases and credits, prevent abuse, assess prompt safety, answer support requests and investigate errors. Advertising helps support free access; analytics helps us understand website use.

We do not use submitted prompts or images to train our own models.

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: performing the requested service, complying with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and operational reliability where permitted. Activities requiring consent remain subject to those consent requirements; this policy is not a substitute for obtaining consent.

Login sessions and browser identifiers support account access, task management and abuse prevention. Browser storage may also retain preferences or local interface state.

Advertising scripts remain disabled. When configured, Google Analytics measures website visits and usage. It may use cookies and process page URLs, referrers, device information and approximate location. Account, payment, security and image-processing services continue to process data as described in this policy.

If advertising is enabled later, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses and other identifiers for ad delivery, personalization and measurement, subject to the applicable choices and consent requirements.

Providers help host the website, store files and records, process image requests, protect infrastructure and handle payments. They include Cloudflare for infrastructure and R2 storage, Google for enabled login, advertising and analytics features, and Waffo Pancake for payments and prompt safety checks.

Prompt checks send the submitted text to Waffo. We record the returned request reference, decision and safety metadata; our moderation log does not intentionally include the full prompt. Prompts may separately form part of task records.

Information supplied to each provider depends on its role. Payment providers may also process information under their own policies and legal responsibilities.

We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate misuse or protect people, or during a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements. We do not sell submitted prompts or images as datasets.

Image retention is distinct from retention of account and operational records:

• Free images are subject to R2 lifecycle deletion after a 24-hour retention period.
• Paid uploaded source images and generated results are subject to R2 lifecycle deletion after a 30-day retention period.
• Free task-cache records generally have a 24-hour expiry, which may run from the relevant cache write or refresh.
• Account, subscription, payment and credit records are not covered by image expiry. They support account access, valid credits, billing and dispute handling.
• Security, moderation and support records are separate from image storage.

Lifecycle deletion is performed by the storage service, not guaranteed at an exact second. Hiding a history entry does not itself erase every associated record. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete an account.

For records without an automatic expiry, we assess retention and deletion against their purpose, outstanding purchases or disputes and applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legally required purposes. There is no blanket 24-hour or 30-day deletion promise for all personal information.

We use measures such as encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee complete security. Do not submit confidential documents, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country. Applicable protections depend on locations, provider arrangements and relevant law. Security incidents and required notifications are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing depends on it. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may request proportionate verification that the information concerns you. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain lawful reasons preventing full compliance. Do not send passwords or full card numbers.

ImageFree.net is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has supplied personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

When relevant practices change, we will revise this policy, identify the effective date and provide notices or obtain consent as required. Third-party websites and payment pages have their own policies.
