Service Description

Imagefree is a free AI image generator built on top of the open-source Z-Image-Turbo model developed by Tongyi-MAI (Alibaba), licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Imagefree provides integration, infrastructure, and user interface; it does not claim ownership of the underlying model.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All images generated by this service are AI-generated. By using Imagefree, you agree to: Label such content as AI-generated when republished, in compliance with applicable disclosure laws. Take full responsibility for the use and distribution of generated content.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Imagefree to: Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; Create harmful, offensive, illegal, or deceptive content; Generate content depicting identifiable real persons without consent; Generate content involving minors in any form; Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable AI-content regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Z-Image-Turbo model used by Imagefree is open-source under the Apache License 2.0. A copy of this license is available at https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0. You retain ownership of the images you generate. However, Imagefree makes no warranty regarding the uniqueness or non-infringement of such outputs.

Limitation of Liability

Imagefree is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Imagefree disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Imagefree does not review generated content before delivery and is not responsible for the content generated by users.

Cooperation with Authorities

Imagefree cooperates fully with legal authorities investigating alleged illegal use of the service. We may disclose user information when required by valid legal process.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
