ImageFree.net Terms of Service

ImageFree AI is the name under which the individual operator provides ImageFree.net. These terms cover our website, image tools, accounts and credit-based services. You must be at least 18 to use the service. If you act for an organization, you must have its permission.

ImageFree.net offers free tools and optional paid text-to-image and image-editing features. The website uses z-image-turbo and FireRed-Image-Edit. Naming these models does not imply endorsement by their developers.

AI results can contain mistakes and differ between attempts. Review results before publishing or relying on them.

Free tools do not require registration. Paid tools require an account to associate purchases, credits and tasks with you. Keep your account email accurate and protect your login credentials. Report unauthorized access to [email protected].

We may apply rate limits, security checks and concurrent-task restrictions to prevent abuse. Paid priority processing does not guarantee a particular completion time.

Plan prices and quantities appear on our pricing page. Monthly subscriptions provide credits for each paid billing period. Credit packs are separate, one-time purchases.

Payments are handled through Waffo Pancake. Review the amount, currency, tax information and recurring-payment details at checkout before authorizing payment. Credits are issued after payment confirmation.

A subscription authorizes monthly recurring charges until canceled. Buying a credit pack does not authorize recurring charges or automatic top-ups.

Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Credit-pack credits expire one year after purchase. Subscription credits are consumed first; within each category, earlier-expiring credits are consumed first. Operation costs are displayed in the paid interface.

Open your account, select the Waffo subscription-management option and complete cancellation in the Waffo customer portal. Contact [email protected] if you cannot access that process.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund an earlier payment. Existing subscription credits retain their billing-period expiry, and separate credit packs retain their original expiry dates. Canceling does not delete your account.

For your first subscription purchase or first credit-pack purchase, you may request a full refund within three days after payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. This voluntary offer does not apply to renewals or repeat purchases.

Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. If a paid service is not delivered, contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. These conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including applicable refund or cancellation rights.

Email [email protected] with your account email, payment reference and refund reason. Do not send payment credentials. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider; arrival times depend on the provider and payment method. Refunded purchases no longer provide usable credits.

Restoring credits for a failed generation is not a cash refund of the purchase.

Only submit material you are entitled to use. You authorize the processing needed to operate the requested tools, perform safety checks and deliver results.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads or outputs. Personal and commercial use remains subject to applicable law, relevant model licenses and third-party rights. We cannot guarantee that results are unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. We do not use submitted prompts or images to train our own models.

You must not use the service to generate:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Hateful content targeting protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors or other child sexual exploitation.
• Deepfakes, identity impersonation or deceptive depictions of real people.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.

Only upload your own photograph or a person's photograph you have permission to use. Permission does not authorize face swapping, nudification, fabricated intimate interactions between real people, or false depictions of a real person doing something they did not do. These uses are prohibited even with consent.

Fraud, harassment, terrorist propaganda and instructions facilitating serious violence are prohibited. Do not bypass safety checks, abuse APIs, evade limits or systematically scrape the service.

Automated prompt checks, including Waffo Prompt Sift, assess submitted requests. Requests may be refused or withheld from generation when flagged or when safety assessment is unavailable. Automated decisions may be mistaken.

Report violations or appeal restrictions at [email protected]. Include a task reference or link and a brief explanation; do not email suspected illegal imagery. We review reports and may reject requests, remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts. We may refer serious cases to authorities where required. A report does not automatically establish that a violation occurred.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Download results you wish to retain: ImageFree.net is not permanent image storage.

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or service changes. We may restrict access for violations of these terms. You may request account closure by contacting [email protected]; account closure and subscription cancellation are separate processes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability of every output. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect losses. Nothing here excludes mandatory obligations or remedies, including those relating to undelivered prepaid services.

Contact [email protected] about these terms, billing errors, refunds or disputes. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising statutory remedies or raising a payment dispute.

Updated terms will carry a revised effective date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through an appropriate notice, with any notice or consent required by applicable law. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining terms.
